The Cube

As part of wider sustainability services we are providing for Carlsberg throughout the UK, we are appointed as a sub-contractor to deliver the BREEAM Assessment for the new ‘Cube’ development on the Northampton brewery site.

The development is striving to achieve BREEAM Excellent through installation of renewable technologies and innovative design to ensure the long term running costs for the building are kept to a minimum.

The building also includes significant provision for cyclists, with cycle storage, lockers, showers and changing facilities for a large proportion of staff.
