Insider property awards, ‘Sustainable Development of the Year’ 11 & 12 Wellington Place, sets a new standard for future-proof sustainable developments in the UK. This pioneering, Net Zero Carbon project incorporates smart building technology, off gas servicing, and a list of accreditations including BREEAM Outstanding, Target NABERS 5 Star, and Fitwel 2 Star.

As Carbon Consultant, BREEAM AP & Assessor, and Fitwel Ambassador, Mainer Associates have played an integral role in the development of the project credentials.

As sustainability consultant to Development Manager MEPC, Mainer Associates, having undertaken work on five previous phases on the Wellington Place Estate, were able to deliver on a number of fronts when the client enhanced sustainability credentials in response to the market during the pandemic.

Now working as part of the team for an eleventh year, we are helping the client push forward with 9 Wellington Place, further cementing their commitment to sustainability.
